Treasury Management Support Specialist I

Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist I to assist the bank's commercial clients in managing their financial obligations. The role involves providing exceptional client service, supporting treasury management products, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring compliance with corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily support of treasury management products including remote deposit capture, ACH, wire transfers, positive pay and electronic banking
Display a working knowledge of all treasury management products
Responsible for the implementation of treasury management products which includes initial set up of a service and training the client
Provide ongoing white-glove support of all treasury management products
Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries and problems of a moderately complex and technical nature received via phone call, email, or web chat
Participate in communications regarding product enhancements or changes benefiting or affecting the client
Assist with yearly treasury management product audits
Ensure work premises constitutes a safe work environment that promotes positive bank image, including regular inspection for and remediation of any hazardous conditions; regular maintenance and cleaning of premises; adherence to all posting requirements in jurisdiction, including human resources and compliance postings; and provision of comfortable and appropriate space for associates to conduct banking business
Understands, embodies, communicates, and instills corporate initiatives and vision, including the Six Pillars of Success
Maintains client information in complete confidence
Completes other specified duties as assigned
Regular attendance required, working at the assigned worksite, or assigned remote location during regular business hours and/or assigned hours

2+ years client service experience required

Prior Treasury Management or Business Banking experience preferred
