Growth Marketing Lead
Didero is building the autonomous supply chain with innovative AI solutions for supplier management. The Growth Marketing Lead will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion across various channels, while collaborating closely with sales to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated growth strategies to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments
Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with sales to target, engage, and convert priority accounts
Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels
Oversee the planning, production, and distribution of marketing content (eBooks, webinars, case studies, blogs, podcasts, etc.) aligned with lead generation and nurture goals
Plan and execute in-person and virtual industry events, conferences, and trade shows that elevate brand awareness and drive leads
Manage external agencies and vendors supporting digital ads, content creation, and event production
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure aligned messaging, lead handoff processes, and closed-loop measurement between marketing and sales
Define and own key performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and report on progress against goals
Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing channels to improve conversion rates and efficiency
Stay abreast of emerging B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and growth, principally AI tools that drive marketing efficiencies and increase engagement and conversions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
Proven success in developing and executing lead generation and ABM strategies that drive meaningful pipeline growth
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, CRM, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience in procurement, supply chain software sector
Experience building a growth marketing engine from scratch at an early stage SaaS
Scaling a SaaS enterprise from $10M - $100M+
Practical experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks
