Responsibilities
Manage assigned employer group benefits accounts, including small, mid-market, or large group clients
Serve as the primary contact for benefits plan questions related to medical, dental, vision, and ancillary offerings
Coordinate renewals, plan changes, and open enrollment activities
Partner with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues and claims escalations
Support strategic benefits planning discussions and client presentations
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service timelines
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of experience in employee benefits or insurance account management
Working knowledge of group health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits products
Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
Experience working with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier portals
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a service-driven environment
