Responsibilities
Source candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management roles
Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
Track outreach and sourcing activity in our applicant tracking system
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree
1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in IT, technical, or construction/facilities roles
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles
Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
