Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to improve site operations and equipment reliability
Supervise a team of Mechanics and I/E Technicians, ensuring effective performance and workforce development
Balance and direct manpower scheduling in coordination with planners, schedulers, and supervisors
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes, standards, and procedures
Oversee contractor selection, scheduling, performance, and invoice accuracy in collaboration with Purchasing
Support Turnaround (TAR) execution and ensure minimal disruption to plant operations
Monitor maintenance metrics to drive improvements in reliability and operational performance
Maintain accurate timekeeping and administrative records for maintenance personnel
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
B.S. in Engineering preferred with 7+ years of progressive maintenance experience
OR 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant (no degree required)
