Intermediate Management Analyst
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is looking for an Intermediate Management Analyst to support their government customer in the National Capital Region. The role involves providing analytical and operational support to a Project Management Office, managing multiple taskings, and preparing senior-level briefings for DoD and Army leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple taskings from higher headquarters to support PM and operational activities
Support Project Office daily operations and execution efforts
Prepare, organize, and manage large volumes of information using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Develop briefings, reports, and data presentations for senior DoD and Army leadership
Capture, track, coordinate, and submit responses to suspense actions from higher headquarters
Track and monitor internal taskings, directives, and action items
Coordinate staff actions across the organization to ensure unity of effort
Support process improvement initiatives and organizational efficiency efforts
Manage shared file environments and maintain accurate document control
Provide analytical support related to government contracting, budgeting, cost analysis, and logistics
Organize and conduct technical and coordination meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or equivalent
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting a defense agency technology development program, including:
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with contractors and Government agencies
Analyzing operational benefits of military systems and translating technical improvements into mission enhancements
Tracking program activities to identify issues, risks, and opportunities
Developing and rapidly implementing innovative solutions
Creating innovative approaches for technology transfer
Organizing and conducting technical meetings
Providing coordinated, timely responses to taskings, including independent reprioritization as requirements change
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance (must be able to maintain)
Preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in collaborative, shared-file environments
Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility PMO environments
Ability to brief senior leaders and stakeholders clearly and concisely
