Responsibilities
Build topline plans for beverage and appliance categories across key channels
Support the creation of annual pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
Identify customer-specific opportunities and growth drivers
Develop and refine revenue forecasts (volume, pricing, trade spend)
Track and evaluate Joint Business Plan results with key accounts
Lead performance routines to monitor topline KPIs and progress vs. plan
Analyse promotional performance (ROI, household penetration, volume lift)
Provide actionable insights to optimize trade investments
Serve as the analytical bridge between account teams and the central revenue management team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or similar fields
Background in large enterprise or industries such as CPG, beverage, or small appliances
Ability to integrate insights from multiple data sources into a unified perspective
Strong systems-thinking mindset and experience managing complex processes
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Strong influencing skills with the ability to guide decision-making across teams
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
