Responsibilities
Support the Project Delivery team and cross-functional operational initiatives through structured risk management activities
Facilitate and participate in program, process, and project risk assessments
Coordinate the routing, review, and approval of risk assessments across stakeholders
Maintain an integrated program and project risk register, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability
Evaluate corrective and preventive actions to confirm they meet reliability and risk mitigation standards
Partner with project leaders to define, plan, and execute enterprise risk management activities
Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of enterprise and quality risk registers
Prepare and manage risk-related reporting for quality, project, and enterprise governance forums
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, biopharmaceutical, plasma collection, or regulated environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and delivering results
Experience conducting risk assessments, maintaining risk documentation, and producing risk-related reporting
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Ability to quickly learn new processes and actively engage in assignments to drive timely action
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio experience preferred
Demonstrated project management and coordination skills
