IT Contracts Analyst
GSquared Group is a woman-owned boutique technology services company in the Atlanta area. They are seeking an IT Contracts Analyst responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technology contracts, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting vendor performance management.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for IT-related agreements, including request intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination
Track key contract milestones, obligations, deliverables, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
Serve as a liaison between IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to ensure contract alignment with business and technical requirements
Coordinate contract negotiations, redlines, and approvals in partnership with Legal and Procurement teams
Support vendor onboarding, compliance validation, and ongoing relationship governance
Analyze pricing structures, licensing models, usage metrics, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to support cost optimization initiatives
Monitor contract spend, renewals, and billing accuracy; reconcile invoices against contractual terms
Identify cost savings opportunities through renegotiation, consolidation, and optimization strategies
Ensure contracts align with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and cybersecurity standards
Monitor contractual compliance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Support internal and external audit requests related to IT contracts and vendor relationships
Develop dashboards and reports related to contract status, spend analysis, vendor performance, renewals, and risk exposure
Track KPIs and metrics to support strategic sourcing and vendor management decisions
Develop, document, and enhance contract management processes, templates, workflows, and standards
Implement and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in IT contracts management, vendor management, procurement, or sourcing
Strong understanding of IT contracting, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, professional services, and hardware agreements
Experience supporting contract negotiations and vendor commercial discussions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and contract management systems (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, SAP CLM, Ironclad, ServiceNow)
Preferred
Experience with enterprise IT sourcing and procurement
Familiarity with major software publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google, Salesforce)
Knowledge of licensing models, subscription agreements, and cloud consumption pricing
Experience supporting audits, SOX compliance, and vendor governance programs
Professional certifications such as IACCM/WorldCC, CPSM, PMP, or ITIL
