Responsibilities
Invoice-to-Order Process Support: Assist in enhancing the order-to-invoice workflow. This includes ensuring accurate order entry and tracking to improve plant throughput and minimize delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve documentation processes
Manufacturing Process Optimization: Use data analytics and manufacturing process knowledge to identify barriers and opportunities for improving plant throughput. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance production efficiency
Asset Management System Support: Contribute to the revamp of the OneTrac asset management system by reviewing, validating, and entering data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in process improvement projects and collaborate with teams to implement best practices that support manufacturing growth and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Process Mapping, Root Cause analysis, and Cost Reduction Activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, writing SOP's or OPI's for job instructions particularly within paper machine operations, is a plus
