Capability Assurance Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall QA strategy for the cloud-based ERP digital product suite
Monitor and drive progress toward testing milestones, ensuring defect resolution and testing completeness before advancing to subsequent phases
Standardize testing processes across the program to enable consistent reporting and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manages the activities of the capabilities assurance team to ensure proper execution of testing strategy
Leads team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters
Responsible for supporting the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices
Responsible for fostering a work environment that encourages employees to act with integrity and respect
Responsible for setting employee objectives and expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing meaningful feedback, and mentorship
Responsible for supporting employee development
Contributes to the development of strategies for a function or multi departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and comprehensive testing coverage across all phases: unit testing, system integration, end-to-end process, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
Partner with the test automation team to align automation efforts with the broader QA strategy and track automation progress across the program
Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives that enhance software performance, reliability, and scalability
Interacts with senior management, executives, and/or major customers which frequently involve negotiating matters of significance to the organization
Reconciles multiple stakeholder views to drive business results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in the information technology (IT), project management or business field. In lieu of a degree, at least 11 years of experience in IT
8+ years of experience in IT
4+ years of experience managing direct reports
Proven experience in leading QA strategy and execution in complex digital product environments
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Preferred
Previous cloud ERP design and implementation experience strongly preferred
Experience with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools is a plus
