This role oversees all CMMC-related activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of service delivery while acting as the primary operational liaison for internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Owning the CMMC service roadmap; tracking regulatory updates and translating them into operational processes; leading readiness, assessment, and sustainment efforts; developing standardized procedures and ensuring consistent service quality; coordinating closely with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and compliance teams; maintaining all compliance documentation including SSPs, POA&Ms, and evidence repositories; communicating progress, scope, expectations, and risks to stakeholders; and identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scale

Required

5 to 7+ years of experience in compliance program management, GRC consulting, cybersecurity, or similar fields
Deep understanding of CMMC 2.0, NIST 800‑171/172, and DFARS 7012
Strong communication, leadership, and service delivery skills

Preferred

Preferred certifications include CCP, CCA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, and ITIL
Experience supporting an organization through a full CMMC certification cycle is beneficial
