Responsibilities

Lead Shipping/Warehouse teams to meet daily schedules and performance goals
Champion safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards with a goal of ZERO accidents
Manage staffing, productivity, inventory accuracy, material usage, and equipment utilization
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements
Develop and enforce department procedures, training, and documentation
Partner cross-functionally to achieve plant goals and cost-reduction initiatives
Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
Supervise, coach, and develop supervisory staff

Required

Daily onsite role at an active mine site in Georgia
Work conditions may include uneven terrain, stairs/ladders, and exposure to heat, rain, or mud
Monday - Friday onsite presence required
Hands-on leadership of the Shipping and Warehouse teams
Responsibility for safety, compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment

5+ years experience in distribution, shipping, or packaging environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

College degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with bulk material handling and warehouse operations
Inventory control experience preferred
Familiarity with MSHA or OSHA regulations a plus
