Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound warm calls, emails, and texts
Identify customer needs through active listening and problem-solving
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely resolutions
Connect consumers with real estate professionals
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Accurately document interactions and customer information
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a call center or customer-facing phone role
Strong communication, objection-handling, and conflict-resolution skills
Customer-first mindset with a focus on performance goals
Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Interest in real estate or customer engagement roles
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer and headset throughout the workday
Reliable internet connection capable of supporting calls, video, and online systems
Preferred
Sales experience preferred
Clear and professional English communication (additional languages a plus)
