Providing executive support
Handling day-to-day office operations
Supporting executives in scheduling meetings
Managing communications
Organizing documents
Ensuring smooth workflow within the organization
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
Experience with creating and managing Expense Reports
Strong skills in Executive Support, including scheduling, document organization, and task prioritization
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a professional, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Related experience or a degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus
