Sr. Revenue Marketing Coordinator, OTR

Responsibilities

Assist in oversight of marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, drafting campaign briefs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate on annual marketing plans, top-of-funnel lead generation, and targeted initiatives for OTR products
Assist in tracking and compiling campaign performance metrics, focusing on hitting monthly KPIs and goals
Serve as communication liaison, tracking action items and providing status updates across the sales, product, and analytics teams to remove bottlenecks and maintain velocity
Foster and sustain robust relationships with key business stakeholders and diverse teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Operations, or Project Coordination role, preferably within a B2B environment
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
Strong self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for stakeholder collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite
Proactive: You don't wait for tasks; you look ahead, flag potential roadblocks, and own the campaign timeline
Enthusiastic: You bring a positive attitude and genuine excitement to the role and the trucking industry
