Design and develop mission-critical systems supporting:
Treasury operations - margin management, financing optimization, securities locates
Trading infrastructure - order management, execution systems
Operations platforms - post-trade reconciliations, affirmations, break resolution, allocations
Accounting & Compliance systems
Qualification
Required
8-10 years full stack development experience
5-7 years building low-latency backend services for treasury/trading/OMS platforms
Expert-level C# .NET and object-oriented programming
Proven track record in hedge fund or asset management technology environments
Preferred
Blazor front-end development
DevExpress component experience
Multi-domain exposure across Treasury, Operations, Accounting, or Compliance
