Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries via email and phone
Provide insight and training to end-users regarding our analytical tools
Analyze, solution, and create custom reporting and analytics requests from various stakeholders
Analyze and assist with implementing new enhancements and functionality to our analytical services
Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhancements
Communicate updates, changes, and issues internally within our analytics group
Learn and become knowledgeable on various data sources and databases
Learn and become knowledgeable on our analytical tools and platforms
Learn and understand Whiting-Turner business processes
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Provides technical support for our BI and Analytics solutions
Aids in all areas of BI & Analytics including troubleshooting, testing, design, analysis and creation
Analyze and assist with new processes and/or analytical improvements
Bridge the gap between end-users, software and fellow analytics team members using popular data analysis tools and databases
Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries via email and phone
Provide insight and training to end-users regarding our analytical tools
Analyze, solution, and create custom reporting and analytics requests from various stakeholders
Analyze and assist with implementing new enhancements and functionality to our analytical services
