Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and conduct weekly site meetings
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Pull building permits in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
Prepare weekly project updates
Estimate and generate change orders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
Familiarity with construction management software
Solid skills with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word
Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred
2+ Years prior residential remodeling project management experience a Plus
UDA Construction Online and Quickbooks software Experience a plus
Massachusetts CSL strongly recommended
