National Alliances and Events Manager (Contract Talent)

Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies, is hiring a National Alliances & Events Manager to join their Marketing Events and Strategic Partnership department. This 7-month contract role involves executing alliance and event programming, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that marketing deliverables align with the company's brand standards.

Responsibilities

Supporting ongoing national alliance programs and initiatives across the US
Coordinating event logistics and planning, including registering staff for events, developing marketing materials, ordering tradeshow displays (either in person or virtual), and coordinating with show vendors and event organizers
Contributing to overall promotion plan and execution of event/tradeshow including social media, internal marketing, air cover emails to previous attendees, during-event emails, post-event emails and more
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with alliance partners and event organizers
Leading and/or contributing to internal calls regarding alliance and event deliverables
Creating and managing project plans, budget and timelines for alliance partner initiatives
Ensuring that the language, tone and content of national alliance marketing deliverables, including events, match Robert Half brand standards
Post-event ROI analysis - including data collection, reporting and developing recommendations for future marketing opportunities
Ensuring that partnerships and events positively impact core business objectives including engaging, converting and retaining contacts
Managing ad-hoc national alliance activities including social media posts, advertising, e-blasts, and more
Ensuring that national marketing programs and strategies are communicated to branch staff and successfully executed/adopted
Collaborating closely with other teams at Robert Half including Business Communications, Social Media, Legal, Procurement, Creative and Revenue Enablement
Acting as an alternate point of contact/communication for executive and senior management team

Required

6+ years of experience working for a large, publicly listed company in a marketing or communications role
Experience managing projects and events (including tradeshow presence) on a national scale
Excellent critical thinking skills and experience driving marketing strategy and setting goals
Proven expertise developing promotional, brand and lead-generating opportunities that deliver maximum value ROI and meet business objectives
Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills
Skilled in using social and digital platforms to drive communication and achieve marketing objectives
Experienced in using Copilot and other AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
