MARKETING SPECIALIST
Power Drives, Inc. is a Buffalo-based manufacturer specializing in custom-engineered hose, tube, and fluid conveyance systems. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and support various marketing tools and initiatives to achieve sales goals for the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, GMB), digital campaigns, advertising, lead generation and events
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing campaigns
Write, proofread, and edit creative technical content
Analyze and report on performance and efficiency of marketing and social media campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market opportunities
Execute, filming, editing, and video production
Oversee company branding, including the creation of appropriate social, digital, and print graphic assets to accompany company messaging
Research, write and manage website content, consistently updating for UX and SEO purposes (blog posts, page updates)
Create ad content including copy and graphics
Instruct and collaborate with graphic designer as need be
Spearhead company award submissions
Create local SEO updates and optimization
Track brand presence and reputation, and contact appropriate media personnel when changes need to be made
Foster relationships with key media personnel
Collaborate with company leaders to produce and distribute news statements and releases
Manage and update CRM
Compile analytics by campaign as well as monthly and annual social and digital analytics to inform strategy
Research influential contacts through a variety of platforms (Sales genie, LinkedIn, Dunn, and Bradstreet)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, writing or communications
2 years' experience in marketing
Exceptional verbal, written and electronic communication skills
Experience across various social platforms and management tools
Must be highly creative, detail-oriented and organized
Self-starter, ability to work with minimum supervision
Preferred
Graphic design skills a plus
