Responsibilities
Assist with post‑implementation system configuration and testing activities following established processes
Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members
Participate in design and review sessions to understand configuration decisions and system interdependencies
Support solution analysis by identifying risks, issues, and configuration readiness
Partner with senior consultants to help resolve client issues and support ongoing system optimization
Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and documentation of best practices
Learn and apply Netsmart methodologies and post‑implementation support standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
1–2 years of experience in healthcare information technology, systems support, or a related field
Basic experience troubleshooting data or software applications
Interest in process improvement and project‑based work
Comfortability with working in ambiguity
Preferred
Exposure to Netsmart EHR solutions, including myAvatar
Internship, coursework, or early career experience in healthcare IT, clinical operations, or revenue cycle
Familiarity with healthcare billing concepts or reporting tools
Basic understanding of programming or reporting solutions such as Java Script, HTML, CSS, SQL, Crystal Reports, or SSRS
Willingness to learn healthcare reimbursement models and post‑implementation workflows
