Responsibilities
Leading the strategic vision for your category: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing margin
Building trend-right product assortments that reflect customer needs across all U.S. regions
Directly sourcing and negotiating with vendors to secure the best product at the best price—without compromise
Partnering with cross-functional teams like Inventory, Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to bring product strategies to life in-store and online
Collaborating with Regional Merchandising leads to ensure tailored assortments for each market
Driving decisions through data: analyzing performance, market trends, and customer behavior to make sharp, informed calls
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on merchandising experience paired with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
Deep knowledge of the vendor landscape, sourcing models, and pricing strategy
Strong negotiation skills that create long-term value for the business
Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to forecast market trends ahead of competitors
Leadership that drives cross-functional alignment and high-quality execution
Comfort managing multiple moving parts while delivering on both detail and deadlines
