Qualification
Required
Candidates must reside in KP Northwest or Washington Markets
Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum thirteen (13) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field
Preferred
Five (5) years of experience working with care transformation operations
Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Scrum Master certification
