Responsibilities

Lead outbound sales efforts across the North America region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire
Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue
Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities
Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued revenue growth

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years sales experience and min 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors
A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape, with the ability to position solutions effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals
