Environmental Project Manager
PCI Environmental, LLC is part of the PCI Federal Services group, dedicated to supporting Federal, DoD, and Private Sector customers. The Environmental Project Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing all aspects of project execution including technical and financial performance.

Responsibilities
Managing scope, schedule, and budget for large-sized investigation/remediation projects under CERCLA and RCRA regulations
Building strong client relationships
Client and regulatory correspondence
Technical report writing and review
Analyzes and applies solutions to atypical and/or semi-complex and challenging issues within area of expertise
Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits
Preparing cost estimates and proposals
Working effectively with project teams, clients, and all other stakeholders
Coordinating work schedules with PCI staff and subcontractors
Responsible for quality control of tasks
Mentor project Jr. staff
Prepare reports including but not limited to UFP-QAPPs, PMPs, QCPs, AAP/SSHPs, Remedial Investigation Reports, Long Term Monitoring Reports and Remedial Action Operation Reports
Management of project risk, financials, and procurement including development of recurring reports and invoices, risk registers, scopes of work, ETCs/EACs, and cost projections
Qualification
Required
Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science or related field, advanced degree preferred
Professional registration required; Professional Engineer strongly preferred, Professional Geologist, Project Management Professional are acceptable. Advanced degree combined with years of experience will be considered as a substitute for the registration/certification
Travel may be required up to 20%
3-5 years of project management experience required with a cumulative 10-15 years of experience in related field, environmental restoration field under CERCLA and RCRA preferred
Experience in managing human health and/or ecological risk assessments for Department of Defense projects is a plus
Ability to manage a project with many moving parts, tight deadlines, and multiple technical teaming partners and subcontractors
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
40-hr HAZWOPER trained with updated 8-hr annual refreshers preferred
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good problem solving skills and able to work well independently
Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access)
May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements

Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred
Other certifications/licenses are a plus
