Responsibilities
Thoroughly review Fire Damper reports completed by our Field Service Technicians
Ensure accuracy in all documentation that will be presented to the clients
Validate that before and after photos match reported issues and repairs being made
Maintain professional, timely communication with Field Service Technicians and Operations support
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 + year of Damper experience and/or construction knowledge
A thorough understanding of NFPA codes and standards
Knowledge and experience with Life Safety Plans (LSPs)/Blueprints
Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Calendar
Ability to make decisions in a timely manner using critical thinking
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and staff
Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver license
Must pass drug screen, criminal background check and driver's license check
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
