Responsibilities
Assist with processing incoming supplier invoices, coding, & entering
Assist with daily customer invoicing & cash application
Assist with on-going physical inventory of the fixed assets
Implement document storage requirements to meet disposal dates as laid out in finance manual record retention policy
Update federal ID numbers, remittance addresses, and tax classifications in the Supplier Master
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled student working towards a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
Ability to manage multiple projects and strong planning skills
Ability to meet and communicate with employees in a one on one and group setting
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is a must
Effective verbal and written skills mandatory
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required
