Responsibilities
OKR Management: Own and run the company’s OKR process, driving alignment across departments by supporting OKR setting, reporting, refinement, and embedding OKRs into day-to-day work
OLC Meeting Facilitation: Manage the OLC’s operating cadence by organizing meetings and offsites, ensuring sessions are focused, well-prepared, and result in clear outcomes and follow-ups
Strategic Initiative Oversight: Spearhead the execution of strategic and cross-functional projects, coordinating efforts across teams to align with organizational objectives
Communication Bridge: Act as a central point of coordination between the OLC and internal stakeholders, preparing communications and materials that support clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making
Operational Model Development: Partner with the OLC to create and communicate a cohesive operational model, amplifying their strategic impact and outreach
Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years focused on OKRs and operational planning
Proven experience in managing corporate OKR processes or their equivalents
Familiarity with Private Markets, including understanding of relevant products and customer segments
Based in the U.S., with the willingness and ability to travel as required for the role
