Strategic Account Executive
Duracell is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Procell InSite to drive full-cycle sales and accelerate adoption across the Hospitality and Cruise sectors, requiring a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process from prospecting to qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and close
Conduct high-quality research to identify priority prospects across assigned verticals (Hospitality or Cruise)
Generate, nurture, and grow a pipeline of new Procell InSite opportunities using industry best practices in outreach, omnichannel engagement, and strategic account mapping
Deliver compelling, insight-driven pitches centered on InSite’s device-health, operational-efficiency, and ROI value proposition
Drive revenue growth by relentlessly hunting for new customers and delivering high-win-rate execution
Build lasting relationships with multi-level stakeholders, including engineering, operations, procurement, IT, and leadership teams
Manage a robust sales pipeline aligned to an annual quota assigned to the team and supported by the Director of Commercialization
Demonstrate disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy through Salesforce CRM—tracking all activity, calls, meetings, outreach, and deal progression
Utilize data and analytics to prioritize accounts, assess risk, and accelerate deal velocity
Collaborate closely with BDR’s, and Junior SAE’s handling Customer Success to ensure seamless handoff, onboarding, and account growth
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights on product enhancements, friction points, and emerging trends in Hospitality and Cruise operations
Work as an integrated part of your vertical team, contributing to strategy, execution, and pipeline acceleration
Represent Procell InSite at tradeshows, customer events, onboard meetings, hotel site visits, and field demonstrations (up to 50% travel)
Deliver product demonstrations and ROI modeling to support adoption decisions
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to unlock long-term value and expand footprint within enterprise accounts
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of B2B purchasing cycles, operational environments, and whitespace opportunity development
High proficiency in full-cycle sales within a B2B environment
Expertise in prospecting, solution selling, stakeholder alignment, and closing strategies
Strong virtual selling skills with the ability to engage distributed teams
Skilled negotiator capable of driving conversion at scale
Superior communication—written, verbal, and executive presence
Salesforce CRM proficiency required (pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking)
Strong command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to use data, logic, and ROI modeling to guide customer decisions
Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate cost savings and operational efficiency improvements
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and driven by ownership and accountability
Resourceful problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
High resilience, adaptability, and grit in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity for global customer interactions
Ethical, dependable, and consistently professional
BA/BS required, MBA or Engineering degree a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B New Business Development, Industrial Sales, Hospitality Tech, Professional Services, or similar roles
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with Hospitality, Cruise, IoT, or access-control technologies a plus
Experience working with distributors, hospitality groups, or large enterprise accounts preferred
