Configuration Manager (PRIME Contract)
LufCo is seeking a strong candidate for the role of Configuration Manager, who possesses technical skills beyond typical configuration management. The role involves managing configuration for developmental and operational systems, supporting development teams with GitLab/Confluence/JIRA, and creating technical documentation.

Responsibilities
Responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems
Support development team through GitLab/Confluence/Jira administration and organization
Work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems
Perform DevOps related tasks as needed to support the team, program, and Mission
Demonstrate understanding of PKI certs code base in order to perform CM in GitLab
Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures
Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system
Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides and manuals, and technical publications
Manage documentation related to SSPs and re-authorizations
Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life
Responsible for supporting Outage Management efforts
Perform change control and configuration audits
Qualification
Required
A TS/SCI with Polygraph level Clearance is required to support this effort
Two (2) years experience as a configuration manager or agilist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Strong experience with and understanding of JIRA/Confluence/GitLab, including administration of these systems
Understanding of PKI certs
DevOps knowledge
Experience creating, maintaining, organizing, and presenting technical documentation of various types across different subject matters
Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Two (2) years of additional related experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree
