Responsibilities
Prepares and assists with balancing the monthly Office of Motor Vehicle Escrow Disbursements
Assists in the classification of revenues to include balancing and reconciling assigned Department of Public Safety accounts
Administers accounts receivable database to include entering, processing, billing, daily balancing, and monthly reconciliation of the subsidiary accounts receivable system
Reviews and processes records of financial transactions, including invoices and/or deposit information relative to collections, refunds, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Qualification
Required
One year of experience or training in accounting, auditing, bookkeeping, or financial operations or computations
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience
