Responsibilities
Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other facilities
Process requests of Rubber Lab Lead in an accurate and timely manner
Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Rubber Lab Lead
Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency
Provide high quality workmanship
Various projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job
Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you
Must be able to observe and interpret operational data
Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance
Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and PTO
Ability to work without direct supervision
Understanding of RubberTesting.net
Proficient in all rubber testing duties except for using the tester
Understands rubber class and type and corresponding voltages and cleaning requirements
Experience working in a results-oriented, team environment
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to enter data into computer or tablet
