InternATP Tour is seeking a highly organized and motivated Intern to join their People & Culture team. This internship offers exposure to essential HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee well-being initiatives, while contributing to administrative tasks and project support.

Responsibilities
Assist with screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Support the posting and management of job advertisements on job boards
Assist with coordination of candidate communications, schedule and organize interviews across global time zones, and support onboarding logistics for new hires across multiple offices
Assist with new hire orientations and support onboarding activities
Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, digital files, and internal databases, helping to ensure compliance with privacy standards
Provide administrative assistance for learning & development (L&D) programs, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training records, and helping prepare materials for workshops or courses
Support well-being initiatives by assisting with the planning, communication, and execution of programs and activities that promote employee wellness
Contribute to process improvement efforts, draft internal documents, help prepare presentations or training materials, and support ongoing People & Culture initiatives as needed
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or recent graduate); or similar entry level experience
Strong attention to detail and high regard for confidentiality
Tech-savvy and can learn new systems quickly or on the fly
Self-starter and proactive; can anticipate needs and find solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with full O365 Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, global environment
Interest in building a career in People & Culture/HR
