Provide exceptional service to existing clients by managing a book of business
Handle policy changes, address client inquiries, and assist with claims
Quote new and renewal business
Utilize IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software for efficient account management
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency in IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software
Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience
