Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution
Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making
Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities
Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows
Qualification
Required
1-5+ years of consulting, business operations, or investment banking experience
Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
