Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years in a phone-based call center or similar role
Strong customer service background (sales experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections with professionalism and empathy
Tech-savvy (Email, VOIP, Zoom/Google Hangouts, Excel)
Reliable high-speed internet for extended daily usage
Strong attendance and punctuality
Preferred
Spanish is a plus, not required
