Senior LevelIDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join one of their top clients in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and security of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise, including managing key services and providing support.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services to ensure secure and efficient collaboration
Manage and support key services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and uphold security, compliance, and identity management within the Microsoft 365 environment
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365-related incidents
Assist with migrations, upgrades, and integration of Microsoft 365 with other enterprise systems
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
In-depth knowledge of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Experience with implementing and managing security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP
Familiarity with identity integrations using Azure AD/Entra ID
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide high-level support
