Responsibilities
Analyze marketing and media performance using reach, frequency, and optimization frameworks to surface actionable insights
Support campaign planning and optimization analyses aligned to client and business goals
Translate data into clear, concise presentations and narratives for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to create research-backed marketing and sales collateral
Package case studies, benchmarks, and measurement insights to support prospecting and go-to-market efforts
Assist in improving workflows, processes, and materials that highlight measurement and analytics capabilities
Identify trends and patterns in campaign data to inform broader marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in marketing, media, analytics, or a related field
Experience at a media agency, digital publisher, or fast-paced marketing environment preferred
Solid understanding of marketing and media fundamentals, including reach, frequency, and audience composition
Familiarity with media measurement and optimization tools such as Nielsen Media Impact Planning, Nielsen ONE, VideoAmp, EDO, or Samba TRF (experience with iSpot, TVision, or Comscore is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across teams
Preferred
Experience in ad sales, media research, or marketing analytics
