IT Manager
Del Toro Insurance is seeking a reliable and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the company’s information technology operations. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems across our offices, including maintaining infrastructure and implementing technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks
Oversee system security, data protection, and access controls
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Plan and implement system updates, upgrades, and backups
Support new office setups and employee onboarding from an IT perspective
Plan, organize, and deliver software training for the franchise system, ensuring consistent and proper use of company platforms across all locations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a senior IT role
Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and cybersecurity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Professional communication skills and ability to work with all departments
Preferred
Experience supporting multi-location offices is preferred
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Familiarity with compliance, data security, and internal controls
Leadership experience managing vendors or IT staff
