Responsibilities
Work alongside key stakeholders to identify opportunities for analyzing and leveraging company data to drive the company's decision-making processes
Create and maintain various models and analytical reports to assist all departments and provide actionable information to management
Build reporting, ad hoc analyses, and dashboards to help drive business decisions in the areas of sales, production, performance, etc
Collaborate with growth marketing/performance marketing team to identify trends and opportunities to scale campaigns and drive success
Collaborate with team leaders to analyze and explain departmental performance, prepare analyses to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issues
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in ecomm, sales, and marketing data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with advanced skills in Excel and similar tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
Skills in SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker Studio or Google Analytics
Experience working with TripleWhale (or similar tool)
Experience in working with large datasets and performing advanced statistical analysis
Bachelor's degree in a business or related. Focus on data analytics a plus
Five or more years of data analytics experience as an individual contributor
