Responsibilities
Customize and enhance Infor SyteLine & Factory Track based on business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications
Act as SME for Infor SyteLine, LN, and internal ERP systems
Ensure ERP data integrity, security, and system performance
Handle support tickets and provide day-to-day ERP operational support
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 9+ years equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (production planning, inventory, supply chain)
Hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine or Infor LN ERP/MES
Strong SQL / T-SQL skills
Preferred
Experience with Infor Mongoose, .NET, MS SQL Server
Infor SyteLine or LN certifications
Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
Excellent time and project management abilities
