Responsibilities
Bring your creativity and fresh ideas to help shape engaging learning experiences for the J-Team
Take ownership of a project that advances a key Learning and Development initiative
Assist in the design, coordination, and evaluation of employee training workshops that support skills development, compliance, and career growth
Collaborate on the rollout of new learning platforms, tools, and resources to support employee learning journeys
Research best practices in workplace learning, training trends, and adult learning theory to provide recommendations that drive continuous improvement
Help maintain training materials, learning libraries, and documentation to ensure content is current and aligned with business needs
Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the department
Qualification
Required
A rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Passionate about helping others grow and develop in their careers
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with team members across all levels of the organization
A proactive, self-motivated learner eager to take on new challenges and make an impact
Preferred
Prior experience in HR, training, teaching, or customer service is a plus but not required
