Specialist, Menus & Merchandising
BRIX Holdings, LLC is a Dallas-based multi-brand franchising company specializing in food service chains. The Specialist of Menus & Merchandising is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all menu and merchandising assets across Brix Holdings brands, ensuring they are visually compelling, operationally effective, and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Own menu layout, hierarchy, and messaging across all brands, ensuring clarity, readability, and alignment with brand standards
Partner with culinary, operations, and pricing teams to ensure menus are accurate, current, operationally feasible, and correctly priced
Optimize menu design for upsell opportunities, consumer decision-making, and brand storytelling
Develop and execute merchandising assets for in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and LTOs
Ensure all materials are visually compelling, on-brand, priced appropriately, and aligned with campaign objectives
Partner with creative teams and vendors to produce high-quality collateral, including signage, displays, digital menu boards, tabletop materials, and point-of-sale items
Coordinate production, shipping, and distribution of merchandising materials to all stores or franchise locations
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure menus and merchandising assets are user-friendly, easy to read, and implementable in-store
Partner with franchise or store teams to confirm delivery timelines, material usage, and placement
Gather feedback from stores to refine layouts, messaging, pricing, and material usability
Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints, including menus, merchandising displays, packaging, and promotional signage
Review materials for accuracy, pricing, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to production and distribution
Maintain organized records of all assets, updates, versions, and shipping schedules for reference and compliance
Manage timelines, production schedules, pricing approvals, and vendor coordination for menu updates, merchandising campaigns, and promotional rollouts
Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines across brands, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate pricing, and high-quality output
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of menu strategy, merchandising, visual design, and operational execution
Knowledge of consumer behavior in retail and restaurant environments, with an ability to influence decision-making through layout, messaging, and promotions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, pricing approvals, timelines, vendors, and shipping logistics
Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy, quality, pricing, and brand consistency
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with print production, pricing, and shipping processes
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, creative teams, and vendors
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess merchandising effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with evolving priorities
2–5 years of experience in menu design, merchandising, visual communications, or marketing within restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environments
Hands-on experience creating merchandising assets, managing print or digital production, pricing, and coordinating shipping to stores or franchise locations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
Experience working with multiple brands or concepts is a plus
Familiarity with operational requirements of restaurant or retail environments is preferred
