Responsibilities

Visits prospect sites to understand operating environments
Provides software and IT responses for RFI’s, RFP’s, and IT assessments
Participates in prospect calls, design meetings, and review sessions
Collaborates with prospects' IT and software organizations
Develops process maps, detailed requirements, and feature set documents
Creates WCS/WMS scope split documents

Qualification

Software systems understandingIT architecture knowledgeIntralogistics experienceProcess mappingMaterial handling equipmentProblem-solving skillsBachelor’s DegreeSupply chain software

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Operations Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum five (5) years of experience in high-level design or operation of diverse intralogistics or comparable software systems, or related
Understanding of software systems and IT architecture
Ability to map operational activities to software requirements
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., shuttle systems, miniload cranes, conveyors, pick stations) and supply chain software packages
