Working on office administrative tasks
Data entry into Deltek
Proofreading, formatting, finalizing proposals, reports and other documents
Taking meeting minutes
A/R Collections
Office Supplies
Coordinate Facility Maintenance
Coordinate for In-house meetings
Qualification
Required
Years of experience: 2-5
A High School Diploma is required
High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and with others
Deadline oriented
Preferred
Experience in the AEC industry
Associate's degree
Proposal writing experience
Experience in responding to RFP/RFQs
Effectively interact with both external and internal clients
