Responsibilities
Accurately map prior-year and current-year trial balances to financial statements, facilitating the conversion of assurance systems
Conduct initial-year audits, reviews, and compilation engagements, working closely under the supervision and guidance of senior management
Directly engage and communicate effectively with clients and firm management to ensure comprehensive completion of assurance procedures and high-quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required for future promotions
3+ years experience in public accounting working in assurance
Experience working as a senior associate leading assurance work
Preferred
Experience with CCH Axcess and Knowledgecoach
