They are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assist users with desktop computers and software in their Irving, TX office.

Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support for incoming requests from internal users
Assist users with the installation, configuration, and usage of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
Actively troubleshoot technical problems, escalating as required
Working with other members of the IT organization to ensure timely resolution of issues
Take a leadership role in asset inventory control and deployment
Qualification
Required
Superior customer service skills, professional and courteous
Attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy in following standard processes
Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and technologies
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or an associate's degree with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
Preferred
Microsoft 365 applications and services
Desktop imaging and deployment technologies such as Autopilot
ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems
Experience with Entra, Intune, Active Directory, and/or Exchange
Experience with Azure or similar cloud services
Familiarity with wired and wireless network technologies
