Responsibilities
Own and expand relationships with major Upstream operators, service contractors and providers, and offshore drilling contractors
Lead the charge on large-scale RFPs and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring the value proposition is clear and the margins are healthy
Navigate the specific nuances of the Upstream business—understanding the urgency of turnaround schedules, offshore mobilization, and regulatory compliance
Work closely with operations teams to ensure the 'boots on the ground' service matches the 'Executive level' promise
Qualification
Required
You have a proven track record (5+ years) in the Upstream/Offshore sector
You know the players, the platforms, and the pain points
You don't just 'check-in' on clients; you provide value every time you speak to them
You have a history of hitting and exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas
Preferred
Experience in safety services, gas detection, or industrial rentals is highly preferred
You are based in or willing to commute to the SE Houston / League City area, giving you easy access to the energy corridor and the ports
