Responsibilities
Manage a large portfolio of HOA collection matters from intake through resolution
Draft, review, and file pleadings in county, district, and bankruptcy courts
Handle judgments, post-judgment enforcement, garnishments, liens, and foreclosures
Appear at hearings, trials, and returns
Evaluate bankruptcy and foreclosure impacts on collection actions
Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff
Conduct legal research as needed and assist with firm initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active Colorado Bar license
3+ years of experience in legal collections or creditor-rights litigation
Strong working knowledge of FDCPA
Experience managing high-volume caseloads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
Comfortable using legal case-management and billing systems
